Once you have the soup stock, you can just simply add noodles, dumplings, rice cakes etc to suit your need.
This product is great because it gives the right flavour of the soup by using extracts of the ingredients. It is very convenient and straight forward way to get into Korean cooking.
You can simply dilute this Soup Stock Concentrate with water – Every 2 Cups of water proportional to ¼ a cup of the Soup Stock Concentrate.
